Skin Science Signature European Facial (60-75 min.)
Custom tailored to address your skin’s specific needs after an initial consultation with your esthetician.  You will experience true pampering in this 60 minutes session, which includes skin analysis, deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation,  perform manual extractions (if necessary), and a relaxing facial and neck massage.  A hydrator and a sun protector follow your customized masque.  Your esthetician will instruct you on proper skin care and provide you with a personalized home maintenance program.

Skin Science Signature European –Seaweed Facial (60 min.)
Guaranteed visible and dramatic results, on the spot. You will be ecstatic with the outcome.

• Seaweed filtrate is a concentrate of freshly harvested seaweed.  It softens lines, adds moisture and helps rebalance and tone skin tissues.
• Facial massage is given with a creamy hydrating formula.  Lasting benefits include improved circulation to blood vessels.
• Seaweed mask feels cool as it is stroked into face and throat, adding moisture, eliminating toxins and nourishing skin as it soothes.
• The mineral mask is final, improving skin tone and creating more even skin color.  It creates its own gentle warmth to activate the properties of the seaweed mask beneath it.

The results are impressive:  younger-looking skin with visibly renewed moisture and afterglow that lasts.  Just touch your skin, and feel the difference.

Acne / Glycolic Facial Treatment (45 min.)
We recommend that your acne treatments be preceded by a consultation with the esthetician and at least two weeks use of glycolic acid-based homecare products.  Because of the strength of glycolic peels, clients must agree to use full spectrum sun block with an SPF of 15 or higher every day.  Users of Retin-A or other prescribed skin medications must obtain consent from their doctor before receiving glycolic treatments.  For optimal results, a series 6 glycolic treatments is recommended to help minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and to help reduce the appearance of hyper-pigmentation.  A series of glycolic facials can be quite effective in helping to improve oily and acne-prone skin.

The full 45 minutes glycolic facial includes deep cleansing followed by application of the glycolic acid. Perform manual extractions.  A cooling and soothing gel masque is next and the treatment concludes with an appropriate moisturizer and application of a sunscreen with SPF 30.

This cooling remedy includes massage and acupressure combined with a naturally purifying extract of advanced organic fruits stress relief solution to help reduce pain in inflamed tissue in the wrist and hands.

Specialized Treatments (30 min)
-  Express Facial
If your time is limited this is a great alternative to our Deep Cleansing Facials.  This facial avoids extractions and includes for a thorough exfoliation.  Your skin will feel refreshed in just in 30 minutes.

-  Back Deep Cleansing
The back is the one of the most neglected areas on our body simply because many of us can not reach it.  A deep cleansing treatment will exfoliate and reduce occlusions that generally lead to unsightly break-outs.

Microdermabrasion
This unique procedure removes dead, flaky skin cells and stimulates the production of fresh, young skin cells and collagen.  It is the ultimate advancement in non-invasion., non-surgical to reduce the sings of aging skin.

Aluminum oxide crystal vacuumed through the hand piece give the skin a thorough exfoliation while increasing circulation and stimulating collagen.  The gentle micro-abrasive technique produces the most satisfying results.

Skin Science gift certificates may be purchased by visiting our clinic or calling us and having them sent to you or the recipient.  Gift certificates are available for our entire menu of services, or specific dollar amount.

Skin Science is committed to ongoing training and continuing advanced education for our staff.  Our confidence in recommending proper skincare products for you to use at home comes from extensive product knowledge.  We only collaborate with skincare manufactures of the highest integrity that use the purest ingredients available.  We are very proud of the quality and effectiveness of our skincare products.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your retail purchase, simply return the purchase to our clinic with your receipt within 30 days of the purchase date.

Reservations 
Please call us at (408) 399-7451 to reserve your appointment with us.  We recommend that you call us as far in advance as possible as we have many clients who enjoy set weekly appointments with us. 

Cancellations 
All appointments require your credit card number to guarantee your reserved time with us.  When canceling or rescheduling a reservation, please give 24 hours notice.  This will prevent any billing or charging to your credit card.  Reservations cancelled without appropriate notice are due in full.  This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availability of our service for you as well as others.

Atmosphere  
The comfort and relaxation of our guests is of utmost concern to our staff.  Children or infants may not accompany their parents during appointments at our clinic.  Children over the age of twelve are welcome to book an appointment for our clinical services and should be accompanied by a parent.
